December is the month for self-reflection and intentional goal setting.
I’ve decided to do a social media detox and document the journey. As I advocate for the safety of children online, I want to be transparent on how these social spaces impact adults as well.
Yesterday, I took a picture of my screen time and I was shocked that these apps consumed so much of my time.
This morning, I woke up without my phone charging next to me. It felt good to wake up without my phone alarm clock and seeing the notifications that were waiting on me.
