Hillsborough County School District sent an email out to staff to clear up any “confusion” of the foaming hand sanitizer purchased by the district. The district failed to identify what was listed on the SDS report on August 24, 2020. On page 6, this product is identified to have a possible reproductive hazard.
After receiving the screenshot from a surveillance camera in the district, I immediately went to the website to review the SDS again. To my surprise, the SDS report was modified and it had a completely different permalink.
Using the tool Draftable, I was able to easily detect all changes in both of these documents. Here’s the results: https://draftable.com/compare/YajgJtW…
Who will be held accountable in the district that purchased this product and failed to advise the hazards involved? I guess they forgot that the items were purchased prior to the new SDS published on the website.
I reached out to Fuller Commercial and left a voicemail to a representative. I would ask Hillsborough County Public Schools for a comment, but they were untruthful during our most recent requests. People lie. Receipts don’t! #TeachingForTheCulture
