Bianca Goolsby, MBA has chartered her own path within the martech and digital media industries. With nearly a decade of experience, Bianca has been at the forefront of educational reform, by creating a digital platform focused on digital safety for adolescent youth, named Teaching for the Culture. A lifelong student, Bianca has dedicated hundreds of hours in continued education through her Master of Business Administration program and platform certifications such as Google, Microsoft, and much more.

Beyond her robust professional career, she has dedicated her free time to LGBTQ+ Rights, Women’s Rights, and Youth Advocacy within the State of Florida and beyond. Bianca’s entrepreneurial spirit has manifested itself into her award-winning digital + strategy agency, The LEVEL8 Agency, and is passionate about empowering the next generation of Black women entrepreneurs.
