Following the allegations that racial slurs were directed at Jefferson High School students during the September 18 football game against Newsome High School, people from across Hillsborough County have started reaching out to me with additional concerns about Newsome students, the football program, and the broader culture within the school.

And now, the receipts are getting louder.

I’ve received recordings that appear to capture conversations inside a classroom that raise serious questions about compliance with multiple district policies.

I’m currently editing the videos, and I’ve also learned that the educator involved was called into Professional Standards.

I’ll provide the full context once I finish putting these receipts together.

Because at this point, the question is getting bigger:
Who is being held accountable?
